Demachina's SWAT team consists of a number of industry veterans which have a wide range of experience in fields such as e-commerce, retail, databases, business analytics, graphics design, Macromedia Flash, Microsoft .net and general debugging. Each team member has a strong analytical mind and strong troubleshooting skills. The aim of the SWAT team is to take on short projects, usually under 2 weeks, which are in trouble. The SWAT team analyses the situation, identifies the problem and fixes the problem or provides a recommendation in order to resolve the problem.

Over the years the members of the team have worked on many projects and technologies. To ensure the work that is delivered is consistent, easy to read and understand, all code adheres to a single unified convention that is described in this document.

By making our guidelines available to the general public, we hope that the overall quality of code that is produced in the community will become of a higher standard.
